Let me get this straight
The fact that our nation has awards for “BEST PERSON” aside, we had as the winner of the “Young Australian of the Year” someone who had the fortune to be born into a family lucky enough (and some would say utterly irresponsible enough) to fund a circumnavigation of the world in an expensive yacht.
This person is now, ostensibly, the best young Australian last year....
